Question 1

How does VoxGate collect applicant information?

Accepted Answer

A voice agent asks each question defined by the scenario pack and the applicant answers out loud. Answers are validated against the pack schema, and anything unclear is re-asked, capped at two attempts before the case escalates.

Question 2

Does a human still make the decision?

Accepted Answer

Yes, wherever judgment is required. Low-risk cases with no screening hits are approved automatically. Anything high risk, or with a sanctions, PEP or adverse media hit, routes to a reviewer gate where a compliance officer decides with the evidence already assembled.

Question 3

Can VoxGate be used outside financial compliance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each use case is a self-contained pack holding its own schema, checks, scoring model and question phrasings. Adding one requires no platform code, so the same engine covers insurance first notice of loss, loan origination, patient intake, tenant screening and benefits enrollment.

Question 4

Is the risk score explainable?

Accepted Answer

The scorecard is additive, so every feature's contribution to the final probability is attributable and can be shown to an auditor or regulator alongside the decision.
